EAST TENNESSEE TECHNOLOGY PARK CLEANUP

Served UCOR and RSI on the successful cleanup of DOE's East Tennessee Technology Park (ETTP).  This was the historic first-ever cleanup of a gaseous diffusion plant.  The site will be remediated and turned over to private industry.  Key personnel performed P6 Database Administration, Project Control Engineering, EVMS certification, and CMMS implementation.

MERCURY TREATMENT FACILITY

The Outfall 200 Mercury Treatment Facility at the Y-12 National Security Complex in Oak Ridge, Tennessee is a water treatment facility needed for mercury remediation.  This is a major component required to have in place before large-scale demolition and remediation at Y-12.  Key personnel held position as Lead Scheduler on proposal team for construction, following DOE Order 413.3B.

KEMPER COUNTY IGCC PROJECT

Kemper County Integrated Gasification Combined Cycle Project was a 582MW Combined Cycle Power Plant in Mississippi with a budget of over $5.5B. It was envisioned to be the first ever clean coal power plant.  Key personnel held position of Lead Construction Scheduler responsible for all construction schedules which contained over 12,000 working activities.

VOGTLE UNITS 3 &4

Plant Vogtle Units 3 & 4 are new-generation Nuclear Power Plants being constructed in Waynesboro Georgia. Key personnel held position of Lead Engineering and Procurement Scheduler building, managing, maintaining, and enhancing schedules encompassing domestic design finalization for the Westinghouse AP1000 and site specific engineering for Plant Vogtle.

OAK RIDGE RESERVATION
EXCESS CONTAMINATED FACILITIES
(ORR ECF)

Served UCOR in decommissioning and demolishing (D&D) excess contaminated facilities and large, high-risk facilities like Alpha-4 at the Y-12 site in Oak Ridge, TN.  Key personnel served as Project Control Engineer managing schedules and costs in certified EVMS environment.  Developed Cost and Schedule Baseline for the D&D of the Biology Complex at Y-12 following DOE Order 413.3B as part of the CD 2/3 submittal.

SAVANNAH RIVER TRITIUM ENTERPRISE
(SRTE)

Savannah River Tritium Enterprise (SRTE) is the only producer of tritium, which is an isotope of hydrogen and a key element of nuclear weapons for the NNSA.  Key personnel served as Scheduler for the Tritium production facility, integrating many projects and on-going operations schedules occurring in the same footprint.

SURPLUS PLUTONIUM DISPOSITION PROGRAM (SPD)

SPD is a DOE complex-wide program to render 34 metric tons weapons grade plutonium unusable.  This program involves 4 different DOE sites across the country in support of the mission.  Key personnel currently serve as Integrated Scheduling Manager responsible for successfully implementing and managing an Integrated Execution Schedule for the lifecycle of the program across the complex including SRS, LANL, Pantex, and WIPP.

SAVANNAH RIVER
PLUTONIUM PROCESSING FACILITY
(SRPPF)

The SRPPF facility will produce plutonium pits for the U.S. nuclear weapons arsenal. The project will repurpose the former Mixed Oxide Fuel Fabrication Facility (MOX).  Key personnel consulted on the Life Cycle Cost Estimate (LCCE) of the SRPPF program including creating and maintaining high-level Program schedules.

NEVADA NATIONAL SECURITY SITE
(NNSS) 
U1A COMPLEX

The U1a Complex is an underground laboratory used for subcritical experiments with special nuclear material (SNM) and other weapon materials to obtain technical information about the U.S. nuclear weapons stockpile. Many infrastructure and improvement projects are underway to expand the facility's ability to support specialized missions.  Key personnel successfully led the effort to integrate the facility, operational, and project schedules which maximizes project efficiency while minimizing downtime for operations.

LOS ALAMOS NATIONAL LABORATORY
PF-4

Resolute LLC served as Integrated Scheduling SME on assessment team to successfully manage and execute all work in the PF-4 facility via an Operations Integration Center (OIC).  Assessed current scheduling practices and effectiveness for small projects, capital line-item projects, production, operations, and maintenance.  Analyzed for deficiencies and made actionable recommendations to improve current processes and long-range implementation of work management centric Operations Integration Center.
